Nodweddion Golygydd Cynorthwyol yng Nghaerloyw Echo a'r Dinesydd, cymerodd Lucy Parford taith tri diwrnod i lawr lôn cof wrth ymweld Sir Gaerfyrddin. Y nodwedd ysgrifennodd am ei thaith argraffwyd yn y Gloucester Echo ar ddydd Sadwrn, Mehefin 1, 2013 sydd â chylchrediad o 14,111. Mae hefyd yn rhedeg yn y Dinesydd sydd â chylchrediad o 17,137.

Ysgrifennodd Lucy ddarn gwych sy'n hyrwyddo Sir Gaerfyrddin mewn goleuni cadarnhaol iawn. Mae'n tynnu sylw at nifer o leoedd yn ystod yr erthygl, gan ddisgrifio Beach View Cottage yn Llansteffan, ei dewis o lety yn fanwl. Crybwyll hefyd yn y Bannau Brycheiniog, Canolfan Gwlyptir Genedlaethol yn Llanelli, Gerddi Aberglasney a'r Boathouse yn Nhalacharn.

Mae Lucy mewn gwirionedd yn gwerthu Sir Gaerfyrddin fel y lle gwych i fod ar wyliau, ac mae hi'n disgrifio llawer o'r mannau cyffrous ar gael i deuluoedd, cyplau, cerddwyr cŵn, selogion bwyd a hyd yn oed cariadon ffasiwn. Mae'n dangos sut y mae Sir Gaerfyrddin yn profiad gwyliau gyd-rownd da.
