Carmarthenshire Business Support Loan Carmarthenshire County Council can support rate paying businesses through the availability of a business loan for existing and new businesses(as long as you are, or will be) located within Carmarthenshire and are a Small Medium Enterprise status. The Business Support Loan will be no more than 50% of the eligible capital project cost and is a minimum of £1,000 and a Maximum of £10,000 with repayment up to 3 years subject to assessment.
