Celebrating Welsh TripAdvisor Award in Carmarthenshire

Wales is well known for its breathtaking mountains, lush green landscapes, secluded ancient forests and its golden sandy beaches. But after a fun filled day of visiting such places, most people like to unwind and relax at the local pub.
The Welsh love their food and are proud of the many famous homemade dishes they have to offer. There is nothing better than finding a cosy countryside pub that sells good food and good beer.
Situated within the Brechfa Forest, sitting on the bank of the River Cothi is The Black Lion Abergorlech where the proprietors, George and Louise Rashbrook are pleased to have received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. “We strive to offer our customers a good memorable experience, so that they can enjoy what we offer, and witness the beauty of the Cothi Valley from our riverside beer garden; this acknowledgement reflects that our customers are enjoying their time here.” Only the top-performing 10 per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor achieve this prestigious award.

Alison Copus, the Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business commented that, “The Certificate of Excellence Award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – the customers.”
This is a fantastic accomplishment and it deserves appreciation. TripAdvisor is most commonly associated with reviews for hotels and restaurants abroad, with customers checking comments before booking their holidays to certain places. It is good to see that Carmarthenshire is being included and gaining exposure as a wonderful place to find great food, holidays and activities.

Dathlu yn Sir Gaerfyrddin ar ôl ennill gwobr TripAdvisor
Mae Cymru'n enwog am ei mynyddoedd trawiadol, ei thirweddau gleision godidog, ei choedwigoedd hynafol anghysbell, a'i thraethau euraid eang.  Ar ôl mwynhau treulio'r diwrnod yn ymweld â llefydd o'r fath, mae'r rhan fwyaf o bobl yn hoffi galw yn y dafarn leol i ymlacio.
Mae'r Cymry'n dwlu ar eu bwyd ac yn ymfalchïo yn y llu o brydau cartref enwog sydd ganddynt i'w cynnig. Does dim yn well na dod o hyd i dafarn gysurus yng nghefn gwlad sy'n gwerthu bwyd a chwrw da.
Saif y Llew Du yn Abergorlech ar gyrion Fforest Brechfa ar lan afon Cothi, ac mae perchnogion y dafarn, George a Louise Rashbrook, yn hynod falch o fod wedi derbyn Tystysgrif Ragoriaeth gan TripAdvisor. “Rydym ni'n gwneud ymdrech i roi profiad cofiadwy i'n cwsmeriaid fel y gallan nhw fwynhau beth sydd gennym ni i'w gynnig a chael blas ar harddwch Dyffryn Cothi wrth ymlacio yn ein gardd gwrw ar lan yr afon. Mae'r gydnabyddiaeth hon yn profi bod ein cwsmeriaid yn mwynhau treulio amser yma." O blith y busnesau a restrir ar TripAdvisor, dim ond y 10% sy'n perfformio orau sy'n derbyn y wobr nodedig hon.
Dywedodd Alison Copus, Is-lywydd Marchnata TripAdvisor ar gyfer Busnesau: “Mae'r Wobr Tystysgrif Ragoriaeth yn rhoi'r gydnabyddiaeth y maen nhw'n ei haeddu i'r busnesau sy'n perfformio orau o amgylch y byd, a hynny ar sail adborth y bobl fwyaf pwysig - y cwsmeriaid."
Mae ennill y wobr hon yn gryn gamp ac yn rhywbeth sy'n haeddu clod. Cysylltir TripAdvisor yn bennaf ag adolygiadau o westai a bwytai tramor, gan roi cyfle i gwsmeriaid fwrw golwg ar sylwadau cyn trefnu gwyliau i lefydd penodol. Braf yw gweld bod Sir Gaerfyrddin yn rhan o hyn ac yn meithrin enw da fel lle gwych i fwyta, i fynd ar wyliau, ac i fwynhau gweithgareddau.
