Elevate Cymru - Work Based Learning

Elevate Cymru is a new European project  that offers a variety of funded accredited short modules for Work Based Learning.  These modules support businesses to achieve profitable growth by improving employee’s skills and leadership levels.  Modules are accredited by the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David, and are held on the Carmarthen Campus.

The modules offered are of great benefit to local businesses  and anyone living or working within the convergence area are eligible to attend these modules.

Subjects offered include:
Human Resources for non HR Professionals
Recruitment and selection
Workplace Coaching
Work-based learning project
Mindfulness in the Workplace
Interpreting Financial Statements for Businesses
Interpreting Financial Statements for Sole Traders
Managing teams
Developing leadership skills
Introduction to Marketing
Project management
 
Below is the eligible criteria that you must meet for all Elevate CYMRU Courses: 
Live and/or work within the Convergence area of Wales  (Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Neath Port Talbot and Swansea).

Employed by an organisation that is registered as a Company and hold a Company number or registered Self-employed with the HMRC and hold a Unique Tax Reference. 
State Aid rules also apply.

No previous qualifications are required and each participant will be supported by a Personal tutor.  All modules are held at the University’s Carmarthen campus.  However, if a group (min 5), and adequate training facilities are available, we could carry out the training on site.

Mae Elevate Cymru yn brosiect Ewropeaidd newydd sy'n cynnig amrywiaeth o fodiwlau byr achrededig a ariennir ar gyfer dysgu seiliedig ar waith. Mae'r modiwlau hyn yn cefnogi busnesau i gyflawni twf proffidiol trwy wella sgiliau gweithwyr a lefelau arweinyddiaeth. Yn byw a / neu yn gweithio o fewn ardal cydgyfeirio Cymru (Ceredigion, Sir Gaerfyrddin, Sir Benfro, Castell-nedd Port Talbot ac Abertawe).

Gyflogi gan gorff sydd wedi'i gofrestru fel cwmni a chynnal rhif cwmni cofrestredig neu hunan-gyflogedig gyda'r HMRC a chynnal cyfeirnod treth unigryw.

Rheolau cymorth gwladol hefyd yn berthnasol.
