An opportunity has arisen within the Marketing and Tourism section of the County Council for an enthusiastic, committed and qualified individual who wishes to pursue a career in the field of project management. We are seeking an individual who wishes to make a positive contribution to the project. The aim of the £900k heritage tourism project is to combine and depict the two intertwined histories of the Princes of Deheubarth and Lords of the Southern March into one unique timeline.
You will be expected to assist the Marketing and Tourism Manager in the implementation of the regional project grant scheme and liaise closely with the private sector and public organisations in order to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and that the agreed targets are met. Salary is £25,472 – £29,236 (Grade H)
The delivery of the project, will be implemented from the Division’s offices at Castle House, Carmarthen and is fixed term until 30 June, 2014.
